Developed by the Municipality of Porto, the Talent Observatory aims to be an instrument to support decisions on talent management and economic growth.

In the Talent Observatory you will find existing information, in aggregate form, and new information generated in a continuous and updated way about the North Region, disaggregated on a municipal scale

The goal of creating a structuring, aggregating and strategic project is thus achieved, which is intended to be increasingly participated and appropriated by the Talent ecosystem, in which each agent is simultaneously user and supplier of information.
